I was craving something sweet, so I sauteed some sliced apples in butter and cinnamon, with a tiny bit of agave, and let the butter caramelize and the natural sugars come out of the apples. It was really good, surprisingly so, and you never would have guessed that there was no actual refined sugar in it.

This was decent! first time in forever to do this workout. and, while not
perfect reps most were very solid and the last set was the best.

your middle is not puffy, you are small small small. i don't get you moms who are able to be smaller than me after having multiple babies. i want to stay off sugar too, and bread, and bacon cheeseburgers. i'm going to use you as inspiration.
