Kb workout

605 reps: 270 single transfers 8kg. 300 single transfers 12kg - switched because I'm noticing my heart rate is not going up from swinging a single 8kg. Remaining reps were 8kg snatches. Amazing how easy the snatches were after swinging heavier! 

Too tired to write more. G'night.

605 reps ...you rock! No wonder you were too tired to write any more. Hope you are hanging in there!

I did a thousand reps in one workout a few weeks ago... but I don't think that will be a regular thing! I love swinging, though, it's the best exercise ever, really helps me clear my head!
