This went surprisingly well. I did it before and had one of the best press
workouts ever ( 205, 210 215 220 215 210) but then stopped. ?

605 reps ...you rock! No wonder you were too tired to write any more. Hope you are hanging in there!
I did a thousand reps in one workout a few weeks ago... but I don't think that will be a regular thing! I love swinging, though, it's the best exercise ever, really helps me clear my head!
