This went better than expected. Was pretty tired at start( still not
getting back to sleep well after my first pee wakeup but started out slow
on purpose...

605 reps ...you rock! No wonder you were too tired to write any more. Hope you are hanging in there!
I did a thousand reps in one workout a few weeks ago... but I don't think that will be a regular thing! I love swinging, though, it's the best exercise ever, really helps me clear my head!
