Let's see.... food was awesome today, calories were low, no real cravings. No exercise, but y'know, it was between taking a long walk and watching the NCAA Tourney.... well, which would you choose?! Exercise tomorrow, for sure.

Really bad sleep. Solid from 7:30 -12 then basically up for an hour and
half then back for an hour or so.
Dog stuff but was wide awake
