I'm sorry. I've seen it happen up close, too. Its never pretty. I hope everyone's ok.
I am utterly fucking exhausted today. She's just so draining, and I felt like I was trying to not anger a wild animal. She was irrational, combative, histrionic. The whole nine yards. I want her committed, like, NOW, but my brother prefers his method of total denial and ignoring the situation. Because that works so well.
