I've had a bad couple of days. Addie was up a lot the night before last, sneezing and sneezing and snotty from bad allergies. I was having trouble sleeping that night anyway, and so, I got about 2 hours of sleep. Yesterday I was shredded. And seriously, y'all? My fucking quads still hurt yesterday! I think I may have overdone just a wee bit on my Tuesday workout. I couldn't do anything yesterday, and I was bummed. But I got sleep last night, I woke up not hurting today, so I'm ready to start in today. I see the Kb trainer this Thursday, and I am very nervous! I feel like i need to step it up to be ready for my session!
Got to go start the soup, it's best if it simmers awhile.
