Where I do a small update
Finally seeing some success with potty training Addie. Woot! My back still hurts, but it's not as horrific. Been swimming and walking every day. I miss my kettlebells, they looked so lonely in the basement. I'm feeling very muted today. My sound is turned down. I don't feel like myself, I feel about a hundred years old.

Sorry. Heal fast, but take the docs advice.
I tell you, it sucks big time. I feel marginally better today, but not great. Yet.
