I've been doing a lot of research on eating clean, as well as the anti-estrogenic diet.
I'm doing this, while eating the remnants of the dessert I made for Memorial Day. It has instant pudding in it. And cool whip. I call it my 'white trash dessert'. It's what I make when I really don't want to bake. It is horrible for me. I generally never use these products, and here I am, researching healthful ways of living, and eating formica.
I am lame.
