workout post
Up at 6:30 - my cat was making weird noises that woke me up, then I stepped in cat puke on the way to the bathroom. At that point, I was awake, so I figured I'd go get in a quick swing set. 400 reps, sets of 2 min on, one min. off. No real structure to the sets, it was a mish mosh, but I got it done.
