Quick workout post
Only 325 reps today - have to get the kids ready for church. 2 minute sets with the 12kg, alternated with 3 minute sets with the 8kg. Finished with 20 snatches. Haven't done those in a looong time. Yowch! That's it for now, still working through the food stuff and finding a balance that works for me, but feel like I'm getting there.
