HAD to get my swinging in early today. It's D-Day for potty training, so I won't have time later. I did it, but I felt the weakest I've felt in a really long time. I'm not sure what was up, but I had a really 'off' workout. Pissy little workout of 200 swings (mostly with the 26) and 50 (total) reps of cleans and presses, snatches, and windmills. Ugh. I'm embarrassed to even blog it.
Off to dry my hair, drink some coffee, and get ready for the hellish task of potty training. This is my last kid to potty train. Thank God.

Super strong today for some reason, So so sleep but each rep flew and felt
light in my hands!
185 and 195 felt light only moved "ok" not great. Need to ...
