I am starving. Seriously, what is up with my body today? I just had lunch, leftover lasagna (the light recipe from Moosewood) and an apple. I should be full. But I'm not! And all I want is bread. Bread, toast, Wheetbix... hello, sugar! Because that's all it is, sugar. Don't get me wrong, I know my body needs carbs, but I had lasagna for lunch! Come on!
