Where the man and I get competitve
So, after my 91 swings, my husband felt the need to one up me. He came out of the basement later that night, and, flexing his muscles rediculously, proclaimed: "101 swings. WITH a 35 pounder! Ha!" So the ante was upped. So here's what I did today: 120 swings with my 9lb, 20 snatches (I just think that move is a lot of fun, I can't explain why) and 7 swings with his 35#. So THERE, Bryan. Bring it on!

Crap, how did I double post???? Sorry.
I get a little bored with just swinging, even though I know it's good for me. I make bargains with myself... if I do 100 swings, or 120, I 'let' myself do a different move.
I did learn today that there is a reason you should do this every other day, not every day. I did about 40 swings, and felt like my legs were going to give out!
