workout post

400 swings - wow, really had a hard time getting my groove on. Tried to follow this pattern: 2 minute swing sets 12kg, 1 minute rest, 1 minute snatch set 8kg, 1 minute rest, repeat. I made it through 2 rounds of that before I wanted. To. Die. It was a mish mosh after that. Threw in some 2 handed 16kg swings at the end. And I am DONE.
